Complaints

Frag’In Middle East is committed to deliver the best experience. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products we would like to know this as soon as possible so we can respond appropriately. If you have a complaint please inform us using one of the options below. - Email our customer service and we will reply within 1-2 business days.

Delivery service

We are committed to having your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.
- Our service will deliver your order in 2-3 business days. Excluding public holidays.

Different delivery address

If you would like to have your order shipped to a different address, because you're not at home or because your order is a gift, you can fill in the delivery address during checkout. However, delivery address can only be changed before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. The invoice will be e-mailed to you and the package will be delivered to the address provided.

Track your order

We find it important that you know when to expect your order. Therefore we will confirm you by email once your order has been processed, ready for shipment and left our warehouse.

Shipping rates

  • Dubai : Frag’In Middle East will deliver your order in maximum 2-3 business days in Dubai. Delivery charge is AED 20. Free delivery on all orders above AED 300.
  • UAE (outside Dubai): For following areas your order will be delivered within maximum 3-4 days: Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain. Delivery charge is AED 30. Free delivery on all orders above AED 400.
  • GCC (outside UAE): For Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, your order will be delivered within maximum 6-7 days. Delivery charge is AED 60. Free delivery on orders above AED 700.
